RESILENCY

Our priority is to partner with our community, companies and to reach out to people with identified health risks who may not have access to health care.

Phoenix Project Resiliency Wellness Plan:

The Phoenix Project Resiliency Wellness Plan is designed to cultivate a transformative cultural shift by fostering environments where individuals are empowered to perform at their peak—personally and professionally. At the heart of this initiative is the Wellness Coach, a critical resource in optimizing human performance through targeted support, advocacy, and education.

Vision

The Phoenix Project envisions bringing general wellness services directly to the community, enabling early diagnosis and treatment of common health challenges—ultimately reducing emergency care dependency and enhancing population health outcomes.

Mission

To provide accessible, preventative information and resources to address and mitigate problematic substance use. By leveraging universal, community-driven education and awareness strategies, the initiative seeks to build resilient, caring, and optimistic climates that promote self-care, holistic health, risk reduction, and quality of life for all.

Wellness Strategy

a. Suicide Prevention and Quality of Life Enhancement A community-based approach is central to reducing suicide rates and addressing negative quality of life indicators. This includes integrating holistic wellness capabilities—emphasizing early identification and intervention—to address issues affecting readiness. The initiative draws strength from leadership’s commitment to advancing wellness across physical, behavioral, spiritual, social, and cultural domains.
