Our Story
Veterans Connection LLC employs a team of highly experienced professionals who specialize in behavioral health, suicide prevention, and veteran-focused support services. The organization is led by two nationally recognized practitioners:
MISSION
The Phoenix Project Health Promotion and Wellness Portfolio strengthens total fitness within our health system through four dynamic and integrated programs: Nutrition Services, Physical Fitness, Behavioral Health Support, and Health Education. These programs work in concert to empower individuals, families, and communities to make informed, healthy choices that enhance physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being.
By fostering proactive engagement, resilience-building strategies, and a culture of lifelong wellness, we maximize the impact of health promotion services—ensuring every person has the opportunity to achieve optimal readiness and thrive across every dimension of health.
CAPABILITIES
The Health Promotion and Wellness Portfolio leverages strategic collaboration and integration across local and state levels to standardize and elevate health promotion and public health initiatives. Our core capabilities include:

Comprehensive Program Evaluations & Feasibility Assessments Conduct systematic reviews to assess effectiveness, scalability, and sustainability of wellness programs.

Qualitative and Quantitative Data Consultation & Analysis Provide data-driven insights through rigorous analysis to inform decision-making and measure impact.

Integrated Health Education Information & Resources Deliver accessible, evidence-based educational tools that support community outreach and engagement across all dimensions of wellness.
HOW WE DO THIS

Develop and disseminate standardized, evidence-based health promotion and wellness programs and tools.
